Doula
Your care begins with a prenatal visit to get to know one another, explore your desires for birth and answer any questions you may have. Once you’re in labor, I will join you to provide continuous support, encouragement and reassurance.
Childbirth Education
In this class you’ll learn techniques on how to work with your body for a more relaxed and satisfying birth. We’ll also talk about comfort measures, breathing, your choices, informed decision making, exercise, stages of labor and postpartum.
This is an in-person class.
Prenatal Massage
Experience the relief and relaxation that massage can bring during pregnancy. Throughout your session, you’ll get relief from the strain that shifting weight and hormones can cause.
I am committed to the birth that you want whether at a hospital, birth center or home. I believe women were designed to birth without fear and that you can have an incredible birthing experience.
